- Trial Shop -
In the same way as last year, as part of the Business Incubation Class,
the first years ran a trial shop called “Challenge Shop” in downtown Sakata
for two weeks from September 15th to 28th this year, too. The business
hours was from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Every Wednesday was a holiday.
The students, separated into five groups, practiced how to run a shop
from start to finish. That is, from researching the market, choosing merchandise,
making business plans, raising funds, placing orders, settling accounts
to reporting to investors by themselves.
